Rejection of my application

Hello Guys,
Can anyone advise me in my case ?:
After my file got rejected from CIC due to one document missing which is my son's passport copy, I have created a new profile and mailed Ontario to collect by my 600 points which I got it earlier , but it took around 28 days with no answer from Ontario.
What shall I do ? is that mean I lost those points ?

hi.. sorry to hear that.. do you mean you got nominated and rewarded 600 points? which province nominated you?

Yes , but as informed that I can get it back and inter the pool again , I dont know why they didnt reply and send it back yet .

so did OINP give u the 600 points again with your new EE profile?
