My Profile :

Male 30yr
3 yr Diploma in Biomedical
2013 year pass-out
5 year experience

Course : Electronic Engineering Technician ( 2yr)

Refusal Received

Reasons : Client has obtained a Dipioma in Biomedical Engineering and is requesting to take Electronics Engineering Technician (2 year course). PA was employed as a Junior Biomedical Engineer (2013 2014) then as a Service Engineer (2018-2021).

Proposed study content and level overlaps or fall below declared studies which applicant already has thus the proposed program does not adequately demonstrate a logical progression of studies.

See transcripts provided. Considering applicant's extensive education, it is not evident why the applicant would study this

program at such great expense considering applicant already possesses a higher level of qualification in addition to experience in the field.

The applicant has failed to satisfy me that pursuing the selected program of study is reasonable

given the high cost of international study in Canada when weighed against the potential career/employment benefits after completion, and the local options available for similar studies.

On balance, I am not satisfied that the applicant is a bona fide student who will depart Canada at the

end of the period authorized for their stay. Application refused as per R216 (1) (b).

I would like to apply again for September 2022 intake. This time i will apply by myself

what are your suggestions to get through ?
