REJECTION AFTER MEDICAL

I applied online on August 26 with upfront medical and nothing has changed so far in my account, not even the medical status. Everything is still the same as it was on the first day when I submitted my application and application status still indicates Open.

my question is it possible that Visa office reject your application after medical ?
its been 2 weeks now after medical and my passport hasnt been dispatched. is there any case that visa refuses after medical ?
moreover my classes are already started , and im just waiting for passport with visa stamp.

Yes - sometimes it happens. It's rare - but it does happen.
