nae kar yaaaaaaar.... inna lillahe wa inna elayhe rajeooon... yaar u can not imagine my feelings right now.. i dont know what to say but as far as i know your case was ok except the financial stuff.. it means if u apply again with good financial back ground then u can do something and there is another option if u think that u had good financial background and u r not satisfied with the rejection then there is a lawyer in peshawar.. may be there will be one in ur area as well. but since i am from peshawar so i know one from peshawar and he won the case for my brother UK case.. they work on NO win No money basis... so if u want i will give u his number and u can discuss ur case with him... but dont loose hope .. ye yaad rakho k essmai confirrrrrrrrrrmmm tumhari khair hai... inshallah i am still hopeful for u.. let me know if u think that they rejected u falsely...

alas! very sad to kn0w..but remember, everything happens for a GOOD! ... i kn0w its very difficult to understand and realize this and no one can better feel what you are feeling actually...but brother, this is life...n you need to bear it!

PLEASE do not loose hopes... b patient and consider it as something which Allah wanted to happen..thats it!

try again...you will be succeeded insha Allah.

- around 630,000 in 1 Account
- about 781,000 in other account
- 900,000 Fixed deposit in the same bank

Total = 2,311,000 ($25k CAD)

Along with this, I attached 1,700,000 mothers behbood certificates .. so it was around 40 lacs

Required::

$12,200 tuition
$10,000 living
$3,000 extra

I paid $6140 semester fee, which was never deducted from account. My Uncle Paid with CC in Canada.

u have these issues here honey

* one must attached only a single bank account summary in form loan or statement instead or 2 or 3( creates mess for the V.O)
* Never show up your reference in Canada when you applied for a visa since you had done it, thats another bad impact
* Never add any kind of BONDS or even Those documents showing land and agricultural part of your finance, can also be dangerous,

YOU SAID
that the amount was never deducted had been paid by your uncle in Canada...! Kindly Clear it,
Also Next time if you are applying in same scenario, avoid these things in advance..

look man i still have strong belief that u can win this if u appeal.. i mean its NO win No money.. so wts the problem man.. if he charges u alittle money its not a big deal.. u can earn over there man... i think either u shud re apply or appeal....

Allahu Mon Ya shau. Allah does things as it pleases him. My Brother,I believe God has his reasons of making it this way and planned something better for you. If it first u dnt succeed,try and try and try again. I was once refused Canada study visa in 2007 on d basis that I am not a bonafide student and that I wnt come back to my country when my visa ended. but this time,at least I scaled thru interview and now done medicals. Meanwhile,I have been refused,Uk,Netherlands,France,Ireland visa b4 applying for Canada study visa in 2007. Even another uk visa was refused b4 I applied to Canada again this year.
Brother,God knows best.Do your homework again and shoot again.

NO APPEAL, then again you have to bare these things
if u change your statement, then obviously 100K to 150k PKR
2nd, again you have to ( bare the expenses) nerve wrecking tensed situation k pata nhi kia ho ga kia nahi
i am not discouraging you but telling you in simple words...
now wait and look inside your own self, what u want to do right now, now the current time line is also 111 days for those who will submit their case for the next semester
