I applied on 21 July and just got the refusal letter.

I want to wish you all best of luck with your applications.

The big reason was the financial proof. I showed about 60,000 CAD in bank accounts and 2 properties.
Program duration is 4 years with the starting fee of first year 22,000 CAD.

Would it help if I add 3 more properties ( grandparents and stepdad)?

Hi,
Very sorry to hear! It seems, the amount you showed as funds was less as per the fees of one year! CHC is more keen on looking at liquid money! Properties come across as a backup help.
Why didn't you take a loan instead? 22K $ is a huge amount of money for a year if for 4 years, you calculate, even assuming lesser fees in the subsequent years would atleast amount to 60K $ (a plain guess!). Living+boarding+other expenses turns out to be a lot for 4 years!
So, you didn't pay any fees in advance? From what I am understanding, 60k $ was the total funds you showed for tuition fees+everything?

spending $88000 ($22000x4) on fees?! why don't you just start your own average size business with that kind of money?

Yes I've shown only 60,000 CAD liquid money for fees and living expenses. I'm so sad over this. A relative could sponsor me and that would be about 20,000 CAD more. Maybe a letter of sponsorship with the bank account of the relative attached to it could make a difference?

I hoped that given the properties and a fair amount of liquid cash would make it, I guess not. I wonder how does everyone gather up so much money, it's insane.

But still you got reply in a very short period of time.
BTW which course you are going for as it is too costly?

bro exact case is mine also but my fee was less.. did u shown sponsor letter , and itr of that person . u applied online or vfs paper based .. if want to apply again then just mssg me ur no. on 9794759973 name Maninder Singh . do contact we have same case
