Rejected visa CES because financial status ?

I was rejected visa CES because of financial status today. I think it's not unfair because as far as I know, the Visa CES is not required financial status (Personal assets and financial status). I already deposited to my college a fee for the first years in Canada but I still rejected by a financial status? Moreover, I have another reason such as "purpose of visit" and "Program of study (Other reason). So what I need to do now when I apply for a second time?
Here is my background:

1. Apply to college: Fanshawe College
2. Program of study: Internet Applications and Web Development (IWD1)
3. English requirement: English for Academic Purposes (ESL4)
4. My current education status: Graduated from the University Of Economic.
5. Work: Work as a Web Development Freelancer now.

I know I graduated in Bachelor of Business Administration, now I apply for an IT field is not clear. But my passion is IT, not Economics. How can I prove with Canda embassy?

What did you show to prove finances? How much was the expenses in the form and how much did you show?

What is ESL4? If your country requires English test its normally IELTS or TOEFL that is accepted by embassy.

Since you have switched subjects you need to explain to the the embassy why you have done so, and show a realistic path how you arrived at this new profession and how this program is going to help you achieve your goals BACK in your country, if you look at your country specific requirements they usually have a bunch of questions they want you to answer in a letter (Study Plan).

I got my visa refused because of financial support.I got admission offer from loyalist college ,bellivelle,Ontario and i deposited first sem fee for biotechnology technician program.don’t know what to do further
