you should apply for PhD because you already have Masters. Diploma after Masters might have worked for the refusal. Good Luck for the next time!

I have rejected my application two times... actually I have done senior secondary in non - medical stream with 76 % marks from pseb in 2012. ..due to gap my consultant applied one computer certificate with that. .. They give me reason my proposed study foes not put light on my previous studies. . Now what I have to do ??? My ielts score is overall 7 band, reading - 7, speaking - 7.5, writing - 5.5, listening - 7. ...

u must clarify your gap and apply for graduate course... 3 years... course.. or at least 2 years...
do not appply for one year or diploma..
