rejected twice for fall 2011 reapplying for jan 2012

I ve secured a seat in Humber college,Toronto for Fall 2011 intake in I.T solutions course .

And I had for applied Student Permit which was Refused twice showing the reason "MY PROPOSED STUDIES ARE NOT REASONABLE IN LIGHT OF ONE OR MORE OF MY QUALIFICATIONS,PREVIOUS STUDIES,EMPLOYMENT,LEVEL OF ESTABLISHMENT,OTHER EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE IN INDIA OR CANADA,LANGUAGE ABILITIES OR MY FUTURE PROSECU AND PLANS".

my IELTS 7.0
Graduation: Btech(computer science) (2009 passed out) 56.5% with many backlogs.

So, I had deferred my admission and changed my course to Global business management. Am having my family business into which i was into for past 2yrs.I want to give reason that I will return to India after my course to continue my family business

As the Visa Application Deadline for Fall admission has been crossed, I deferred my admission to January 2012 intake.

So,I want to apply for student permit for January admission.Can anyone please mention me when I can apply for student permit for Jan 2012.I want to apply for permit as soon as possible.

And what are my chances of getting Visa?

brother dis is bit shocking tht ur visa got refused twice, actually dis time chc refused so many visas by sayin da same reason which dey gave u, my wife visa was also got rejected 1st time under spp ,she was havin 7 bands bt dn v re-applied again with same session sept 2011 under general category bt dis time v were lucky bt v got got our visa after 70 days means v applied last week of june n v got visa in 1st week of sept

one more reason is most of da student r going to central toronto , in da colleges lik humber, centanial n many more which r already full wid indian students , dnt try for toronto, try for city of london or windsor which r approx 150-200 miles frm central toronto, dn definately u will get visa , bcoz dey want some population in tht areas too

can i say sumthing...u shudn't hav applied twice in d same intake...i mean if once u wre refused ...den atleast u shud hav waited for sum mths...gathered strong documents and den applied...becoz embassy ppl r nt dumb...if one is applyin under spp and ryt after refusal...he/she shows dat he/she can apply under general as well...showing dis and dat documents....so dre cums d prob. on d website its writeen vry clearly...if u thnk ur condition(any lyk financially,or study wise)improved alott den u can reapply....bt anyways go ahead for jan....bt make it a really strong case....coz it doesn't matter whether its humber or seneca..or watevr...ol dat matters is ur case...u can apply nw anytym....

i re applied coz one of my frnds got da vis da 2nd tym!!!!

no i applied thru VFS hyd dey l send t to delhi!!!!
