Rejected/ Refused Cases- What Next??? Recourse Available

Hi all, I am like any other person. I filed my case under NOC 1111 but got rejected as according to VO my JD's did not match. One of my either friend got rejected because CHC view that he does not have relevant experience in his field i.e. 4131. he got through, got his case re-opened after a fair representation with the help of professional... I read many of blog' where ZEE81 say canadian lawyer is best to opt for Judicial Review. But why follow such advise without giving a second thought. We can have our cases through without even JR, which should be the last option when we can have our cases re-opened at initial stage and that too without paying hefty cost to lawyer for nothing...

If you can show that the visa officer made a mistake, you can ask for re-consideration and your may file re-opened. Even with JD, you still have to show that the officer made a mistake to succeed and there is no guarantee.
