let me explain my situation with dates
Came to Canada – Aug 21, 2015
Completed my program – April 30, 2017
Official document from college showing that I completed my course was issued on June 6,2017
Study permit expired – July 1, 2017 which is 24 days after I got a letter from the college. (I didnot notice that it was expired.Biggest mistake of my life)
Applied to PGWP- July 2 , 2017
Processing time at that time said – 4 weeks ( if any rejection I am still eligible to apply for PGWP again) but it took 2 months 25 days to give me a decision
Rejected PGWP – Sep 25 , 2017 ( which is after 3 months of my course completion.
Applied for restoration with study permit– Sep 30, 2017
Rejection for restoration – Nov 2, 2017 evening around 4 pm.
Applied temporary resident visa-open work permit-Nov 17th,2017
Rejection of visa-March 23rd 2018
Returned back to my country-April 8th 2018
I request you to please understand my situation and give me a solution for it. I studied for 2 years by paying a lot of tuition fee to fulfil my dreams. But no one is at least listening to me and for a small mistake by applying in 1 day late. I have tried my best but nothing worked. Can i ever come back. If Yes, what are the best possible ways?
Thank you so much

Unless you want to study again as a international student, i don't there is any options for you to return to Canada. You could apply for PR but you must qualify under the immigration streams. Other option is finding a employer who will help you apply for LMIA but that is very difficult to do.

i am ready to study but lawyer said thats not a very sure option because how can you satisfy the immigration officer that you are studying for second time. and i have equal part time hours of one year full time in a skilled job but theyre saying the job that you did as a student doesnt count.

My advice is to remain in your home country for a year or two before applying to return to Canada. You should have left Canada after restoration was refused in November. Once restoration was refused, it was no longer possible for you to fix your status from within Canada. Not sure why you then remained in Canada and applied for a TRV/OWP. This really complicates your history in Canada.

Any work you did in Canada during your studies cannot be counted towards any immigration program.

I would suggest you focus on gaining work experience in your home country.

i was there in canada because my lawyer told me that we can try it, and i went to one of the best law firms. Yes I would try to gain expereince but the thing is my fiance is there and its been months since we met , our marriage was planned this year. He is on a work permit there. So few options I have are:
1) Work for a year and wait till my fiance applies to PR and then come through express entry
2) a dependent on my fiance
3) atleast a visitor visa so that we could meet a few times meanwhile.
4) I studided pharmacy technician and i need to write licensure exams in canada to atleast complete my registration, can i get a visit visa atleast for that.
5) come there on one year course to study.
Can you please suggest which of these ways has high probability of accepting. we cannot end our relationship, we have been together for ten years and finally thought of settling and this happened. also I do have a job there and my boss is ready to help me in whatever ways he can my job is pharmacy assistant.
any suggestions are welcome. Thank you

1) You can do that. However to be a dependent in your fiance's application, you must be either married or common law.
2) See above
3) I would strongly recommend you not apply to return to Canada until at least six months passes since you returned home. Your fiance can visit you in your home country.
4) See above

Hi i just found out that im eligible to apply this as my employer is providing me a letter, Please Please go through this and let me know my chances. Thank you @scylla
I'm not familiar enough with this immigration program to guide you. You would need to post your question in the PNP section of the forum. However I do believe your employer must provide more than just a job offer letter. I also believe processing times for this stream are relatively long. Good luck.

What was the reason for refusal of PGWP
See the first post. Study permit wasn't valid at the time the PGWP application was submitted.

do you think its a wise option of having applied for study permit after rejection in PG work permit?
after getting admissiomn in a college?
