Hello,
I would like to ask all those who had their application rejected as incomplete several times to share their experiences.
Mine was rejected due to the PCC not covering the full period of stay. Here in Qatar, they issue a PCC covering only the dates during which you have been a resident in the Country. However, I did visit the country as a tourist before and this was not included in the PCC. We managed to get another PCC covering my stay as a tourist. However, we were surprised to get a rejection again asking to provide a PCC to cover dates during which I have not been living in Qatar!
We made screenshots of our initial application and we made sure everything was exactly the same as our first application. I am 100% sure I did not write those dates in any of the history sections and I don't know where this is coming from. Could it be a bug? or an involuntary mistake? or was my history too confusing?
I wrote to CIC to ask for re-consideration and they replied that this has been taken into account. Not quite sure what it means.
Now I don't know how to justify this to CIC to avoid being banned for misrepresentation?
We are re-applying this month and we tried to make the history sections clearer and we removed the lines that don't fit anymore into the 10 years timeframe. Is it a good idea or should we just do everything exactly as it was in the previous applications?
Apologies for the long post. Thank you in advance for your contribution.
