In this case where the application had several serious problems, the use of a reputable consultant or lawyer is probably a good idea. There are plenty out there that know what they're doing, and you can get recommendations on here.

oh well I never got a refund back. I wont be waiting in that. I will just reapply again. Hopefully it works out this time..

i would recommend getting the fingerprints just in case they need it. you don't need to send it right now, but i'd start the process of getting one because if they do ask you for one, than you'll have plenty of time to send it to them. if you wait until they ask to get the fingerprints, it might take a while and waste your time!
