Generally speaking, it's very difficult to return on any sort of temporary visa. This would include work permits, study permits and visitor visas. So it's best to assume that returning under any sort of temporary status won't be possible.
However you can certainly apply to immigrate through an economic immigration program like Express Entry or PNP (or be sponsored for PR if you have a partner in Canada). This would be the easiest way to return since the fact you claimed refugee status will not be held against you.
