Hello everybody,

I have a question that I don't seem to find an answer to and I'm sure someone in this forum will have it .
I'm planning to apply to Nova Scotia pnp when they re open .. My noc (3211)is in their list but it's regulated so do I have to get registered and licensed before I apply ? If so, any idea how to do that ? Also, when applying to pnp, is police certificate required or only is it required after ITA from IRCC ?

Thanks very much in advance ;)

I am not sure about NS PNP.

But for CIC and OINP (FSW-Outland), it is not mandatory to get license for regulated NOCs.

In terms of Regulated professions, generally it is not required to be certified before applying, however not for all PNPs, for example SINP will refuse your application if you apply under regulated profession, however, i am not sure for NSNP.

In terms of PCC and Medicals, you can ger them after having an ITA.
