Just tying up loose ends and would like some confirmation, please.

My partners degree is 2146 Aerospace Engineer (stress engineer).

He has had his bachelor's ECA by Wes. He does not have a masters.

Now, I believe his occupation is regulated and this has got me worried. As he is a spouse on my application, do I need to do anything else? Get a licence for him?

I think he can do these required licenses (if any) due to the regulations, when you both physically immigrate & move there before he can get a job in his own field.
Also since some of these regulations may be province wise, so it would make sense to get these licenses in the province where you finally plan to live long term.

Thank you.
But are they required for EE? As in upload in the ECA section?

No, i don't think so...as ECAs are not generally done for license/certifications (related to specialization) courses. They are only for degree/diploma educations.

Thank you. I actually had a dream (several a week) about forgetting something. The noc says a license is needed for P.Eng however he is definitely not that.

AFAIK P.Eng. is a general license that all engineers intending to work (that needs them to validate, verify designs/drawings, costs, approve permissions etc.) in Canada need to acquire, else organizations may not extend job offer to them. But I am not sure if this applies to all engineers or just some who have such roles and duties etc.
