hi friends and viewers , here i would like to discuss a topic regarding fsw , for registered practical nurse or licensed practical nurses which is coming under cat. 3233. i heard its difficult for diploma holders from India , there are lots of rejections.. but am curious why? its mentioned in WES that Indian diploma is equal to 3 years of hospital study and training ? is that eligible for LPN? waiting for answers... :(

Hai, i am also a diploma nurse from India, September 4 applicant and my cc encashed on 20/11/2014...me too worried about my WES report...did you hear any rejection news other than this forum ???

Hello everyone please am a registered nurse from nigeria and I have assembled every necessary document. However after submitting my ECA report to my immigration lawyer / representative. He said WES did not specify under the Canadian equivalency summary maybe my nursing training is either diploma or degree. WES only wrote 3 years of hospital training and nursing. And my representative claimed i run the risk of being rejected if I submit my application to cic. Please I need your honest opinion because all my friends ( registered nurses in nigeria) have all submitted their application though am the only one among them using a lawyer.

Thank you

still no replay from cic. my appliction fee is deducted on november 18. am still waiting for replay from cic..
:(

Hi what is ur recieved application date

dear all its came. am rejected by cic due to insufficient points. wes made my evaluation as 3 years hospital study and training and CIC not considering it as diploma. so please don't fall to any fraudulence as i done. Make sure your lawyer that they are confident on your evaluation. i am appealing WES to reconsider or give reason why they consider diploma not as equal to rpn. any questions feel free to ask and share.

Hi...
when did u file ur application ..

Hi everyone I am an LPN in Canada. Applied under fswp this year for PR. Right now I am on a stusy permit
I can give you answers for all your querries.
In India nursing is after 12 years of schooling. 10+2+3/4.
in Philippines it is 8+2+4.
In Europe it is mostly 8+3/4.
So that when you did your credentials you must have done your 10+2 credentials as well.
otherwise it wont be considered as a post higher secondary education but just 3 years of education

Nurses who has bachelor's from India are getting 4 years Canadian equivalency because they know that minimum qualification to enter for bachelor's is 10+2. But for diploma that is not considered

But dont lose hope it is still depending on the official who assesses your file. I got the information that they are given the guidelines about Indian education that 3 years of hospital study and practice is enough. But unwritten rules prevail more often
so pray well.
