i have registered in the system after hours of hard work yesterday. however i couldnt logged in the system since then for once!
this is very frustrating
i am not sure if I am wasting my time

Guys you can stop trying now as they have already reach the limit for QSW.

Unless you are not applying under QSW then you can still try and if you have a job offer as well.

I have logged in several times and went up to a level where they were showing the stated message that 3500 cap reached but I am confused that 3500 cap was for November not for Jan,16. They were not giving me option on NEXT/COMMENCER button. You will see the same issue once you could log-in. This is Crazy and trying to find way out from this bullshit. Guys getting tired....

I am facing the same problem. Logged in many times but the "Commence" button is grey rather than green so cannot go further.

its not possible because the submission is not opened yet! and once it opens , an applicant still have to pay online and this can't be happen before 18th January .....the launching date of this project
