I am hoping to start a business soon and have it registered as a corporation. Can I use an UPS mailbox with a street address to file the registration?

Yes you should be fine with a UPS mailbox. There are other alternatives as well one of which is Beavership Canada ; I believe Fedex Shipcenters and Staples also provide similar services.
