My husband is trying to type in this form but its not letting him... but the form at the top says "protected when completed" so we must be able to
type in it? Or maybe should we just write it by hand?

If it's the Appendix C, then it should be fine by hand.

its the whole area where my husband writes down his travels ... im not sure why we cant type it ...
