Regarding work permit or LMIA

hi

I got job offer letter from consultant, and get signed the ESDC and agreement as well. And now expecting LMIA on 30 July, 2020. But all these things make me confused and in dilemma about the authentication of the letters or offer. Would someone help with this.

What things in particular make you concerned? If you have doubts, then everything is likely fake.

How much have you been made to pay? Did your offer letter offer feeding and stables or other stuff like free flights? Probably fake.

No, food and accommodation is not mentioned in the offer letter and they will deduct the charges from the salary which is CAD $9000. And they are asking for LMIA fees only.

That's all illegal. They can't do that.

Also, that's considerably more expensive than the LMIA actual fees, which by law, you are not allowed to be charged.
