Hey everyone,

I need to know answers to a few questions:

How many hours does IRCC or the Canadian government consider for international students in a year for part-time students?

I have to apply for my work permit after completing my studies and I am waiting for my completion letter for that, however, I worked 40 hours before when I had my semester break and now after completing school, I have worked 2 weeks 40 hours. I will get my completion letter in February. I am not a student now who will pressure on her studies I have already completed that.

I am worried now because everyone is telling me that IRCC will object and might have difficulty getting a work permit.

please help me find a solution.

Hello please....Someone who moved to Canada with a student visa and get to over work the student working hours and then found love and want to get married and apply for PR, will he be affected by the exceeded working hours she did as a student?

Have they been attending school?

Part time students are not eligible to work unless they are only part time in their final term of studies.
