Regarding WES transcripts

Hello,

Can anyone let me know about the WES evaluation ? Does my University require to send the transcripts in sealed envelope to the WES directly or do I have to send it to the WES by myself ?

Please clarify me with this.

Transcripts need to be sent by the university in a sealed, stamped and signed envelope by the university and not by the applicant.
