Regarding Wes certification

Hello friends,
I did 2 year diploma in business management and got certificates in diploma in management studies, after studies another 2years in same uni I got bachelor of management studies. All 4 years including diploma 2year as well.
My question is could I evaluate that as a degree plus diploma in express entry?

If the Bachelors program was three years and you got lateral entry into year 2, then it will be a "two or more certificates' else, sometimes, WES can give you a Bachelors degree (hypothetically on the grounds of completing 4 years in a College)
