Regarding W1 permit

Hi i had applied for W1 permit they told as it will take 90days for the process and i had applied for my wife as well for W1 permit its for multiple entry permit we applied. But my question is the consultant had told me as they couldnt able to get the job accoding to her education but they will get it some good job. But her eduction is Optometrist as its medical profile i dont wat to decide kindly sugget.

Are you sure you're not being scammed? Did you pay money in exchange for the job?

No not paid its my friend conaultancy so not paid any sum to them.

A consultant shouldn’t be getting you a job. If that is involved some illegal business is likely involved. It is unclear if you or your wife currently have work permits but it is hard for foreign nationals to get hired but those who do and are finding jobs legally are going through independent recruitment agencies are applying to jobs themselves. Your wife isn’t qualified to work as an optometrist in Canada so she would have to be open to other jobs. It is still if you qualify for work permits.
