Hi I submitted my papers last week for spouse immigration. I didn't read on website but after submission I found out I should have used paper clips. Will my files be sent back to me? Also my spouse scanned signature pages and I printed and signed them. Is that acceptable or not. I sent my package as urgent delivery from Canada post. I am assuming everything is good. Is there a number I can reach to enquire if they received my file or not. Thanks

Be prepared that your file would probably be sent back as original hand signature is a must on forms like IMM 0008, 1344, etc..

Its too soon for the call centre to even say anything about your file. Its probably still in the pile waiting for review (takes 30-60 days). If its not an original signed sigature chances are itll be returned
