Hi,
I am new here and need to ask few questions and I will appreciate if anyone can help.
My daughter filled her application to sponsor her husband who is from chile in March 2011 and in July 2011 she received a letter from Immigration Canada telling her she met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor, and another letter to her spouse regarding his application for permanent residence in canada telling him that they created a file for him and they are processing his application.
This October 2012 he got a letter saying in order to continue his file he is required to submitted some documents, which he already did but now they asking to update the forms (IMM0008ENU 2D/IMM5406E/IMM5669E)The police certificate, His driver licence and his birth certificate.
What I am wondering all of those documents he already sent with his application, and why they ask to update it? is it something normal or there is a problem with his application?
please if anyone has any idea reply to my post and I am thanks full in advanced.
Suziyac.
