my sister is in usa and she lad a 1 year legal stay in usa . case got reject and out of status,...can she apply for tfw from newyork ....what are the chances.... any good lawyer ...please info....
In order to apply for a work permit as a tfw she has to have a job offer and a labour market opinion. Even if she has that, she must prove she has strong ties to her homeland and will return there after her work permit in Canada expires. That can be difficult if she is currently trying to stay in the US.
