Regarding Supporting documents

I have a few questions
1 . They demand of a family booklet in our checklist . If issued by our country . So we havent been issued that . In the next requirment they demand of NATIONAL IDENTITY CARDS (NIC) of all my family members . Yes i can provide them with that .
Is the family booklet still necessary ?
2 . The NIC s are in our native language . Now its not a certificate or any letter or sth . Its a card . Do i have to translate that to english ?

If your country doesn't have the booklet then don't worry about it.

Yes you need to give the national I'd card and would have to be in English or French
