Regarding spousal PR

I have applied my PR on April 12 2018 and received medical request on May 29 2018.By June 12 medical report have been received and my husband got a mail for the approval of sponsorship and also on July 21 2018 it was mailed that it has been sent to delhi office for further processing ...how long will I wait to get passport request

The process takes approximately a year end to end. So you're still looking at a number of months before passport request.
