Hello Team,

This is a very good forum, which gives us good information regarding application process.

I am having a small query. I was been working in UK for 3 years and came back to India permanently in this year.
Presently I am working in software company.

I am having all documents regarding my previous company except bank statements.

How to full fill this. I am in confused state.

Guys can you please help me.

Drop email to your bank , and request them for duplicate statement of account , they will accommodate you.\

In meanwhile apply / send your application to CIC , mention this in cover note that you have requested bank for statement of account this , attach evidence

They will accept this and continue processing

Thanks for your time

You do not need "Bank Statements" for the duration of your tenure with your previous organization. You need payslips/paystubs or a reference letter outlining your pay with your previous company.

Bank statements are only required to prove your settlement funds, and they are supposed to be current.

nishesh, thank you for your reply. I am having all documents regarding my previous organisation, including last 6 months payslips.

I think this will help me. And I am requesting my current employer for the document that included roles and responsibilities.

And I am maintaining funds in Fixed account from last 8 months. I need to attach original fixed deposits or copies.
Can you please help me.
