Regarding RPRF

my husband's application is in process from december. visa office LVO
we didnt send RPRF yet.
can we send it now or we have to wait till they ask
can I send RPRF on behalf of my husband. I am the sponsor.
Plz someone answer

You can send it now. I know a lot of people actually wait until they have a landing interview just in case they don't get approved.

I advise sending it as soon as possible.

If they have to request it later and give 30 days they very well might put the file away for the time given causing an unnecessary delay.

Do yourself a favour and pay it now if you can. We waited until it was requested, which we paid that night and sent it to CIC Mississauga the next day, but they hadn't updated the system for Rome to see it was paid before the passport arrived. Once they received the passport they put the file away for 8 weeks!
