Regarding Refused Visa for Canada

Dear Sir,

I am Mandeep Kaur from Punjab writing to you regarding Canada Visas.

I had been applied for Work Permit (LCP - Live in Caregiver Program) to Canada in May 2006 and appeared for the interview in Dec 2008, but I got Refused under section 112 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations with this reason that "Despite your completion of a Training course related to your prospective employment, you were unable to demonstrate that you have sufficient knowledge and skills to adequately provide care without Supervision".

This time I want to apply with my Spouse.I have queries that Can I apply again for Canada?
If yes, then which process is suitable for me?.

2.Graduation in Arts with Economics,Elective Eng. & Comp. App. under GNDU (Guru Nanak Dev University), 2006-2009.
3.Senior Secondary (XII), PSEB, Govt. Girls Sr. Sec. School, 2005.
4.Higher Secondary (X), PSEB, Govt. Girls Sr. Sec. School, 2003.

Others:
Did Nanny training from Amritsar for 6 months in 2005.
Did 15 days First Aid training from Red Cross Society in Jan 2006.

Hi Mandeep,

Unfortunately I don't think you fit in the latest occupation list. The best bet for you is to go for higher studies in Canada or wait for next year occupation list.

Also previous refusal should not have any impact as long as no forget document was used.
