I am writing this post to you because I need some clarification regarding my documents which are approved by our national constitution.

I want to know that affidavits and publication in national newspaper is valid and it is considered as valid proof for getting the points ?

I am really thankful to you for this

Are you trying to submit supporting documents to prove that you have relatives in Canada? If so, using your birth certificates is the most acceptable way. Affidavit or any other type of announcement may not wok with IRCC. For example, if you want to prove that your Canadian uncle (mother's brother) is really your uncle, you need three birth certificates: Your birth certificate (To show your mother's name), your mother's birth certificate (To show your mother's parents' names), and your uncle's birth certificate (to show that his parents are also your mother's parents). That's how you prove family relationship with IRCC.

Thank u mikko, but i am afraid that my mother and my mother's sister have birth certificates. So, kindly what can i do now, can you suggest me sir ??

No, affidavits and newspaper announcements are not accepted.

If you are saying that they don't have the certificates, then they need to get them.
