I applied for my PR after getting OINP aa my OINP was employer base so it’s been 12 months now my file is still in process and I got request for medical and it’s done and submitted after I got requested for three more documents including landing fee that was 490 so I paid but the Main problem is my work permit is expiring in 5 days so is their any chances that my file will get refused because of my status as my employer forget their account details that he made on employer portal because i can get only closed work Permit now but he don’t remember anything now so I unable to pay the fee that is $230 for my work permit so it is possible that my file will face refusal because of this
