Regarding points for married person for QSWP

Hi Experts,

I know that married person has to achieve 57 points for QSWP to apply. Is it including Dependant Child's points and Proof of Financial Self-Sufficiency points? Or after achieving 57 points he will get these additional points?

Please suggest.
