Regarding PGWP work permit

I applied my work permit.But i did a mistake in my work permit.I did mention my previous study permit refusals.So I withdraw it.Can you please tell in how many days i will get my confirmation for withdraw.I have very less time.Please reply me .I am so worried about it.
