Regarding pgwp and sowp

Hi people,

I completed my study and gonna apply for pgwp. My spouse is also here. I dont have a job right now , so im planning to apply for my pgwp first and when i got mine ,im gonna apply for my husbands sowp. I have a question here, Can he apply for his sowp extension while Im waiting for my pgwp. Because our permit will expire in April 2024.

You need to have a job before your spouse can apply for an extension.
