YOu can obtain it at an Indian consulate in the US.

I was wondering to know how do I do that. I tried to search Indian embassy in US website but i did not find any info, So do u suggest me to call them and ask abt that.

i got mine from indian embassy in kingston , jamaica. i open there website and they have form over there. fill the form and teh fees and u ahve to send original passport also. it took 3weeks for all th process. also u have to send return courier.
