i uploaded all the documents on ptu site for the transcript and attestation of DMCs and also paid fees as well but in the ticket status its shown that your payment is failed ( but it's deducted from my account as well ) ,
what to do now and even they are not answering when i call and i also dropped mail as well to ptu .
give me a suggestion .
 
You should wait for 3 banking days to check if there is any reversal to your bank account or not. It can take up to 3 days for reversal of charges to your bank account in case of payment failure.

Also, I am assuming that you made the payment and the call to PTU today. Well, today is Eid and a holiday and it is highly unlikely that they would pick your call today.
