regarding parents sponsor visa

can any one please help me to know about timelines for family sponsor visa. my brother is canadian citizen and wants to call his parents.
just wanted to know duration of whole process so that we can decide if we have to go for visit visa or family sponsor visa class.

Total processing of the PR application including sponsorship will take from 4 to 6 years.

Better start the sponsorship application now and mean while try to get TRV for them.
