regarding move to another province

i had applied under AINP alberta family stream.i came in canada to Feb 2014.i want to know that i had applied for many jobs in alberta but i dont get anyone.so i move to bc ob 22 march 2014.so is their restriction that i have to live in alberta for a fixed period of time or i can move to another province anytime.is their can any negative effect on my PR card or immigration status.or if a want to tell alberta goverenment about changing my province then what i have to do.is their anyone who change his province like under this rule.thanks
