regarding medical for person being sponsored family

Hello Everyone

I have a question about my husbands family with regards to medical having to be done for them as well IF they may ever want to be sponsored in the future.

Am I reading this wrong.....English is my native language.....but the wording in these forms leads me to question my education

If you are sponsoring your husband, with no children, only he has the medical.

From my understanding the only ones who need a medical are your husband and any dependents (accompanying or not) unless his dependents are already Canadian citizens or PR's.
