My mother has received a letter from the Canadian High Commission for the medical examination needed with regards to her PR application. She went to one of the assigned clinics in Kolkata, India with that letter which has her application number and UCI number. However, when she went to the clinic, they asked for Medical Examination Form with some sort of code in it. I was wondering how do we get that code and what is the size of that code and is it alphanumeric or just numeric?
Till date, she has repeatedly got this email from Delhi immigration office titled "FINAL REQUEST" with her application number and UCI number asking for medical examination certificate.
Any insights from someone who has gone through this will be helpful.
