Regarding letters of reference from the previous employers supporting work experience claimed by foreign national

Hi, Currently I am living in Canada on open work permit and working in the same company here last two years but I didn't work in my home country, I want to apply for AIP for permanent residence, Now I do have a question do I need separate reference letter from this company, they will provide me all papers.
