Regarding job change of Sponsored Spouse during file Processing

I got PR in Mar-21. After that i applied sponsorship to my spouse in month of July-21 who is living in India. I applied file for my spouse while living in Canada. Now my spouse want to change his job in India, so i'm not sure it is the right decision to change job while his file is in process. Your any suggestion regarding this would be appreciated.
