Regarding ITA in Experience Class

Hi All ,
I have applied for my Spousal PR in March 2023 for which I am yet to receive the AOR.

Today I have received an invitation to apply under CEC draw ,

Just wondering am I eligible to apply under CEC while the Spousal application is under process?

I meant the Invitation is received as of yesterday.
Applied for the Spousal case in March 2023 as i got married , awaiting response from IRCC yet
