regarding invitation

If we have already invitation for CEC, can we create another profile without declining the previous invitation?

If i add my spouse to that my points are not enough, so that is why i am asking to create another one, may be next draw will come low. I am bit scared that if i decline the previous one and did not get invitation in next one alone also.
