I am filling up Citizenship application form, Field 13 asks to list immigration status since birth.

I had been in USA on H1 visa and changed companies in that time so had to do H1 transfer.

It looks like below

Company A Nov,07 to Nov,2010 Worker H1B
Company B May,2009 to Jan,2012 Worker H1B
Company C Sep,2010 to Nov,2011 Worker H1B

My question is , should I be entering field 13 as single entry as shown below?

Country Type Date
USA Worker Nov,2007 to Nov 2011

or have separate entries for each?

I would enter it as a single line since your status remained the same regardless of whom you worked for.

I agree with the above answer. You had one single status for the whole time. Onlz list a single line with that status.

There is a separate question where you will have to list your work history. There you would of course have to list each company separately.

Thanks it makes sense I just got confused as I get new work permit(new document) each having different expiry.
