Regarding IMM5669 Q8 & Q12

I am filling up my wife's form IMM5669
Questions 8 & 12, if the last thing she was unemployed, I sent the applications to process, then during the process she finds a job, do i still have to inform them about the job she got even though the applications have already been sent? Or is it ok to leave it as is?

Leave them as they are. They will be 100% accurate on the date you sign everything.
