How many correct answers do i need in each of the following comprehensions in order to get the mentioned bands:

Listening: 7.5
Reading (general): 6.5

This is an interesting question and I think only a few people would know.

Listening 7.5 requires 33 correct answers

Reading (general): 6.5 requires 32 correct answers

thanks pittabread, can we expect the original exam slightly less challenging than the practice tests that we do for preparation. i mean if i manage to secure around 30 to 31 in practice tests, how likely is it that i may achieve the above mentioned target!

Hi!

Never expect the original exam to be less challenging than the tests. Only that way you will be able to acheive your required band. In listening part normally section 1 & section 2 are easier than section 3. Same applies to reading part.
